This #5 spiral coil zipper chain is extremely durable making it great for general purpose upholstery applications commonly used in sofa cushions. Spiral Coil zippers are generally stronger and more flexible than Chunky Moulded zippers, making them an excellent choice for projects with curves. This type of zipper is composed of nylon coil elements woven into a spiral shape, and a polyester tape that serves as the base for the coil used for sewing into position.
Typical Uses: Heavy Duty sofa cushions, Outdoor Cushions, Bags and much more.
