Straight Metal Backtacking Strips

Also referred to as CrossTrim, TrimFix and Metal Tack Strip

This metal backtacking strip is used to create clean, straight edges where fabric can’t be stapled (typically along the outside arms or back of furniture). Commonly used in pairs, the strip helps tension the fabric by pressing the teeth through the material and wrapping it around to be pushed into the frame, resulting in a neat professional finish. For curved edges, use one of the flexible Shark Trim options for backtacking.
