This includes pneumatic (air-powered) staple guns, manual hand tackers, brad nailers, finish nailers, and specialised upholstery tack guns. Each tool is designed for specific fastener types and applications — from precision upholstery work to general fastening.

Pneumatic guns are ideal for professional or high-volume work — they deliver consistent power and speed when connected to an air compressor. Hand-powered staplers are perfect for light-duty tasks or jobs where portability and simplicity are more important. Choose based on the scale of your project and whether you already have compressor equipment.

Each gun is designed to accept specific sizes and styles of fasteners. These are normally referred to as the "Series" of gun (Eg. 80 series gun). Each range of staples also comes in different crown sizes eg. 8mm or 10mm in length. Always check the product description or manual to ensure compatibility — using the wrong series staple for your gun can cause jams or poor fastening performance.

Yes — routine maintenance is key to keeping your tool working reliably. For pneumatic models, add a few drops of air tool oil before each use and check for worn seals or loose fittings. Clean out dust and debris from the magazine regularly and store your tool in a dry place.
