These premium closed cell foam blocks are used to create a shock absorbing sprung subfloor found in dance studios, gymnasiums, Jiu Jitsu & martial arts gyms. Common placement is 1 block per 30cm but changing layout/size will also change overall feel and spring. Custom foam sizes also available on request.
