C.S. Osborne brand Anvil Punch Tool to set #24 Ligne snap fasteners/press studs in place. CNC machined from high quality steel. Comes with flaring tool, 2x dies, bracket stand and instructions. Use of a 3mm (1/8") hole punch is recommended to create a hole in the fabric for the snap barrel before setting. An awl or upholstery regulator may also be used in lighter fabrics to force an opening in the material.
