Jute webbing is a coarsely woven band of Jute, which is exceptionally strong and has very little stretch. Used for traditional upholstery and backs of commercial furniture. 10lb x 50mm wide has a tighter weave than the '9lb' version making it that little bit stronger and more often used as a seat webbing due to its extra strength.
