Medium density open cell polyurethane foam clean out sponge cubes are designed to work with wash out caps during clean-out, allowing for the air or water supply to push the accessory through the line to remove excess concrete left after pumping. Treated with Ultrafresh™ to keep foam cleaner and fresher for reusability.
