Cerex Backed Trimolay Sew Foam (1810mm wide)

Cerex Backed Peel Foam (FL19-130) is the most popular rolled sew foam we sell to motor and marine trimmers. Commonly known in the industry by different names like "True-Blue" or "Trimolay". The fine cerex scrim mesh backing creates a smooth surface which allows for sewing without thread ripping through the foam. Generally used in automotive trimming when decorative featured stitches are required on the upholstery fabric in a quilted or pleated effect. Also used in furniture upholstery as a final foam overlay with the scrim as the top smooth surface before fabric is upholstered. Available in 6mm, 9mm and 12mm thicknesses but only the thinner 6mm is sold in smaller quantities per metre (but can be doubled where required).
