Button Mold Backs - Threaded Nail | Screw-In Upholstery Buttons - Australia
Designed for faster production of upholstered furniture and bedheads. The Threaded Nail is a fast alternative to prong tufting. Nail is rigidly welded to collect. To be used in conjunction with our Button Mold TOPS (sold separately). Also compatible with Metal Spring Washer (sold separately) when nail is required to go all the way through substrate and be securely anchored in position.
Shank Length: 38mm (1½ inch) - some alternative length nails may also be available on request
Available in American Sizing only:
- Size 22L (approx 14mm button diameter)
- Size 30L (approx 19mm button diameter)
- Size 36L (approx 23mm button diameter)
Pack Sizes: 100 pieces, 1000 pieces
The system used for measuring button sizes originates from an ancient French calculation that is called "Lignes" and should not be confused with millimetres.
