NeoPower is a premium high-solids toluene-free bio neoprene contact adhesive that prioritizes safety for both users and the environment manufactured locally here in Australia. With a low odour formulation, it ensures a more tolerable user experience compared to other adhesives. Additionally, it has low VOC guaranteeing uncompromised health with every application. This adhesive delivers high bonding strength, making it suitable for a variety of substrates including laminates, automotive trims, skirting, foam rubber & upholstery bonding. Since it is a higher solids concentrate than some traditional contact adhesives it therefore has a higher square metre coverage rate per litre meaning you use less glue overall.

Directions:

  • Coverage rate, evaporation time, open time and press time are dependent on type of materials to be bonded as well as workshop conditions such as temperature and humidity.
  • Do not use below 10°C as condensed water may form on the adhesive film and prevent bonding.
  • Apply adhesive evenly to both surfaces with spray gun. Can also be brushed or rolled on.
  • Allow adhesive to evaporate until it is no longer tacky to touch.
  • Join surfaces before end of open time.
  • Apply as much pressure as possible to obtain optimum bond strength.

8 questions about this product

Yes. It is 100% Toluene-Free and Formaldehyde-Free, completely eliminating the reproductive and hearing damage risks associated with traditional glues.

Not at all. It is engineered for heavy-duty commercial applications and features extreme heat resistance greater than most other adhesives on the market above 200°C.

It is formulated using renewable, plant-based bio-solvents rather than pure petroleum derivatives, making it highly sustainable.

Yes. A high 17% solids concentration delivers an exceptional yield of 11m² per litre. You use less physical glue overall to achieve a stronger bond.

It has a somewhat strong odour initially but due to the low-VOC and bio-solvents used it dissipates much quicker and does not linger in the air . This ensures a cleaner, safer indoor air environment for workers and leaves zero chemical smell in finished customer vehicles or furniture.

Yes, it is proudly Made in Australia, which supports local manufacturing and massively reduces overseas shipping transport emissions.

Because it contains low-boiling solvents (Acetone & MEK), you must use an AS/NZS 1716 certified respirator with a Type AX filter (specifically for low-boiling organic compounds).

You must wear chemical-resistant PVC gloves and AS/NZS 1337.1 approved chemical goggles to prevent severe eye irritation.
