Webbing Clips (also known as retro webbing clips or "V" clips) are used for fixing elastic webbing or pirelli webbing into a frame. Can only be used in timber frames with groove designed for housing webbing clips. Use vice, hammer or pliers to close. Webbing Clips have been very popular in the upholstery trade for decades.

Handy Tips:
Cut the first webbing strap to size with webbing clips attached and test on timber frame before cutting the rest in case you need to resize.
Make sure webbing strap is nice and tort on frame with little movement when pressure is applied.
Webbing strap needs to be folded over when inserted into the clip so the exposed raw edge of the webbing is facing away from the inside of the clip to reinforce the hold and avoid fraying of the edge of the webbing.
Make sure that the webbing clip is securely and evenly closed as tightly as possible over the webbing so that it is not likely to slide out.
