Re-bonded or reconstituted Repol® foams are made from the small polyurethane offcuts combined with adhesive, compressed, then steam cured. This process makes very dense and firm foams that are great for heavy load bearing applications commonly used for carpet underlay and upholstery cushion platform base reinforcements.
It is designed to enhance the performance of your carpet year after year providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties, helping reduce heating and cooling costs while providing improved sound absorption and quieter rooms.
It meets the highest standards and requirements of the Australian Building Code and are certified by GECA.
